2. Definitions
“Coach” refers to Strength Coach Claire.
“Client” refers to any individual purchasing or participating in coaching services.
“Services” refers to all in‑person and online coaching products offered by the Coach.
“Subscription Services” refers to Evolve Strong Foundations, Team, Compete, and Mastery.
3. Description of Services
3.1 In‑Person Services
One‑to‑One Personal Training (PT)
55 minute in‑person session.
No online programming included.
Must be paid in advance at time of booking via card or bank transfer.
Group Fitness Classes
1‑hour in‑person group coaching session.
No online programming included.
Competition Day Coaching
Optional pre‑competition Zoom call to discuss strategy.
Competition day warm‑ups, attempt selection, and handling.
3.2 Online Subscription Services
Evolve Strong Foundations (Women 35–60)
App access.
Weekly templated programming (2–3 sessions/week).
Weekly community check‑ins.
Community video feedback (1 video/week).
Monthly group Zoom Q&A.
Evolve Strong Team (Women 35–60)
Same inclusions as Foundations.
Evolve Strong Compete (Women 35–60)
App access.
Weekly templated programming (3 sessions/week).
Weekly 1:1 check‑ins.
Weekly 1:1 video feedback (3 videos/week).
Monthly group Zoom Q&A.
30‑minute 1:1 Zoom every 5 weeks.
Competition day strategy.
Evolve Strong Mastery (All eligible clients)
Fully individualised programming.
Weekly 1:1 check‑ins.
Weekly 1:1 video feedback (up to 15 videos/week).
Two 30‑minute 1:1 Zoom calls per month.
Daily in‑app messaging.
Lifestyle and habit tracking as required
4. Eligibility
Foundations, Team, and Compete are available only to women aged 35–60.
All other clients must join Mastery.
In-person/class eligibility is open to anyone over 18 unless other restrictions are in place via the gym or training space..
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Online Subscription Services
All online services are subscription‑based.
Mastery: 3‑month upfront commitment (paid in full), then rolling monthly.
Foundations, Team, Compete: Rolling monthly, no minimum term.
No payment plans.
No discounts or promotions.
If a payment is late, coaching is paused until payment clears.
5.2 In‑Person Services
Payment must be made in advance at time of booking.
No refunds for PT or classes - rescheduling only - see 6.2.
No block bookings.
No discounts.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Notice Periods
6.1 Online Subscription Services
30‑day cancellation notice required for all subscriptions.
No refunds for subscription payments once processed.
No pauses for holidays, illness, or injury. Clients wishing to stop must cancel and rejoin later (may be subject to new pricing).
6.2 In‑Person PT & Classes
Sessions must be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Rescheduled sessions must occur within 4 weeks of the original booking.
If notice is not met, the session is lost.
If the client is more than 20 minutes late, the session is lost.
If the Coach is late, time will be added at the end or credited at another mutually convenient time.
6.3 Competition Day Coaching
Full refunds available with 24 hours’ notice.
6.4 No‑Show Fees
A £5 no‑show fee applies for missed Zoom calls (Compete and Mastery only).
7. Coach Holidays
The Coach takes up to 4 weeks of holiday per year.
Minimum 2 weeks’ notice will be provided.
Programming and support will be arranged so clients can continue training.
No subscription pauses during holidays.
8. Termination of Coaching Relationship
The Coach reserves the right to terminate any coaching relationship at any time if:
The relationship is not working effectively.
The client behaves inappropriately.
The client repeatedly fails to meet expectations.
The client breaches these Terms.
If the notice period is given mid-subscription cycle, the next payment will be a pro-rated payment for any time remaining of the notice period.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Obtain medical clearance from a GP or relevant professional before training.
Communicate injuries, health changes, or concerns promptly.
Attend check‑ins and scheduled sessions.
Arrive on time.
Use coaching materials only for personal use and keep them confidential.
Communicate dissatisfaction and allow the Coach an opportunity to resolve issues.
Follow programming safely and responsibly.
10. Coach Responsibilities
The Coach agrees to:
Provide programming and coaching appropriate to the service purchased.
Offer guidance within the scope of practice.
Maintain professional boundaries.
Provide notice for holidays.
Deliver services as described.
11. Disclaimers
The Coach is not a medical professional, physiotherapist, psychologist, or dietitian.
Coaching does not replace medical advice or treatment.
Results are not guaranteed.
Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for training safely.
The Coach is not liable for injuries, health issues, or outcomes arising from training.
12. Intellectual Property
All programming, materials, videos, and resources provided by the Coach are the Coach’s intellectual property. Clients may not:
Share materials publicly.
Reproduce or distribute programming.
Use materials for commercial purposes.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
The Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Coach is not responsible for injuries sustained during training.
The Coach’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the month the issue occurred.
14. Privacy Policy (UK GDPR Compliant)
14.1 Data Controller
Strength Coach Claire (sole trader) is the data controller.
14.2 Data Collected
The Coach may collect:
Name, email, contact details.
Training history and performance data.
PAR‑Q and health information.
Payment information (via Stripe).
Coaching communications.
Website usage data (via cookies and Meta Pixel).
14.3 Lawful Basis for Processing
Contract: To deliver coaching services.
Consent: For optional data such as marketing cookies.
Legitimate Interest: To improve services and website performance.

14.5 Data Retention
Coaching records: 6 years (standard for UK business records).
Financial records: 6 years (HMRC requirement).
Emails and communication: up to 3 years unless deletion is requested.

By participating in coaching services, clients consent to the use of their results, training videos, and testimonials on Strength Coach Claire's websites and social media pages.
Clients acknowledge that such content may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
If clients do not wish their content to be used, they must notify the Coach in writing prior to or during the coaching relationship.
