I am a UK-based Strength Coach, and myself a competitive weightlifter and powerlifter. With over a decade of experience, I have worked with dozens of clients, from total beginners, to Crossfit athletes and competitive weightlifters, who want to prioritise strength and quality movement patterns on the big barbell lifts, such as the snatch, clean, and jerk.
Being British Weightlifting Level 2 certified, I bring a depth of knowledge of these lifts far beyond that of the average personal trainer.
My mission is to get a barbell in as many hands as possible, and get your technique looking sound so you can continue adding kilos to the bar for years to come.
