Describe the situation you were in with your training prior to working with Strength Coach Claire
I had been training for a longggg time (10 ish years +) but mostly bodybuilding style. Before the coaching I had hit quite a plateau and didn’t know what direction to go in with training at all.
Why did you decide to seek a coach? And what made you decide on Strength Coach Claire?
I had seen a good friend absolutely smash her first powerlifting competition with Claire and wanted some of that for myself! There is nobody else I would have ever considered. Claire has such high levels of knowledge and experience and is the most genuine and nice person, I had no doubts that she would help me hit and smash through my goals.
Where are you now in relation to where you started?
I have direction, motivation and stronger than I have ever been anddd won my first ever PL competition and have another booked for a few months time 😆💪🏼
How did the coaching you received help you get from where you started to where you are now?
The coaching gave me the motivation and accountability that I needed. Claire’s knowledge has improved my techniques and helped add many many kgs to all my lifts.
