How can I help you?

I am Strength Coach Claire. I have been lifting weights for over a decade. I have been a bodybuilder, olympic weightlifter, and crossfitter, but it is powerlifting that holds the key to my heart

Over the years I have coached numerous clients accross all of these disciplines, and have calved out a niche for myself introducing people to competitive powerlifting, moving my athletes from general gym goer to first-time competitor and beyond

I believe deeply in the hollistic benefits of strength-training, not only so you can impress people in the gym, but so you can build a strong, resilient body that is resistant to injury and looks great naked to boot.

I value competency, efficiency, knowledge, and the truth, and my coaching practice reflects this. I despise time- and energy- wasting practices so my approach to coaching is to focus on the things that actually work for the specific client in front of me so I can get them the results they are chasing

Free Consultation. We get to know eachother, I learn about you and your goals, and collect data regarding your current training and availabilty, and decide if we are a good fit

Program Design and Delivery. I write a bespoke, individualised training program based on the data collected in the consultation. Your program is updated weekly

Check Ins. We check-ins weekly, to ensure the program is still working for you and your lifestyle, and to make sure you are kept accountable and supported in your training

Training video analysis. Send unlimited training videos via telegram messenger to receive feedback and analysis of your technique
