About Me

I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, having competed in olympic weightlifting and powerlifting up to international level, and also as a personal trainer and coach. 

​

I believe that training is a celebration what the body is capable of and not a punishment for what it looks like. This philosophy means my approach to training and coaching is to focus on enjoyment, health, performance, and longevity.

​

I specialise in compound barbell movements. My experience as a coach and competitive athlete in strength disciplines gives me a unique position in the industry, and a breadth and depth of knowledge of 'the big five' lifts far beyond the average personal trainer. 

​

Whether you are nervous to approach the barbell, or a seasoned competitor looking to add kilos to your total, I have the tools and experience to help you.
